My bet was settled incorrectly. What should I do?

All bets are settled based on the official source provider. We aim to settle all bets correctly and as soon as possible, but if you think your bet was incorrectly settled, take note of your Ticket ID number and the link to the result source and let our Customer Support Team know. We will be happy to help!


Please follow the steps below to provide us with the ticket ID:


1) Click on "My bets"

2) Copy the Ticket ID
