Settlement usually takes no longer than 30 minutes. However, on some occasions, it may take slightly longer.
This could be because we're unable to get an official result, a loss of feed from our results provider or just a technical error.
If the 30 minutes have passed, though, please feel free to reach out to our great support team and provide them with the Ticket ID. You can access this information by following the steps below:
1) Click on Sports, then select "My bets" 
2) Open bets
3) Copy the Ticket ID
This info will enable us to act quicker, reducing your time on chat and providing a faster resolution.
