Eligibility

“Housebets VIP System” is open to all registered users with a verified account who are 18+ & of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction.
Multiple accounts, shared IPs, or use of VPNs in order to claim additional rewards are strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification

Housebets VIP system is based on XP points. Players receive XP points for each bet they make.

Players receive 1 XP point for each dollar they bet multiplied by the game house edge.

The formula is XP = Bet Amount x (1-RTP)

The VIP system is composed of 9 ranks, each of them composed by 5 levels.

Players need to reach the following XP threshold to level up and qualify for the additional rewards.

Rakeback

The Rakeback is available at any level and it’s 10% of the bet amount times the house edge.

There are 2 types of Rakeback:

Instant
- Available for players on Bronze+ level
- Instant Rakeback can be claimed at any time and remains available until you claim it.
- It keeps adding with no limit of time or amount.
Daily
Available for players on Bronze+ level
Becomes available starting at 00:01 UTC the following day. You can claim it once every 24 hours. If not claimed by 23:59 UTC on that day, it will expire.

Weekly Bonus

The Weekly bonus is available to all Silver+ players.
This bonus is based on the player's previous week’s gameplay and it’s based on a combination of wagering and losses.
The weekly Bonus can be claimed only starting from the following Thursday at 0:01 UTC. If not claimed within 7 days (hence, Wed at 23:59 UTC following the beginning of the claimable period) it won’t be rolled over (hence it’ll be lost)
Weekly bonuses are customizable, the more a player levels up. Players can choose how to set up the slider in their VIP hub. This way the bonus will be more focused either on the wagering, supporting players with bigger wagering, or on losses, supporting players who prefer to risk more.

Monthly Bonus

The Monthly bonus is available to all Platinum+ players.
The Monthly Bonus can be claimed starting from the 1st day of the following calendar month at 00:01 UTC. It must be claimed by 23:59 UTC on the last day of that month. Unclaimed bonuses will not roll over and will be forfeited.

VIP White Gloves Treatment

All players reaching the rank Gold (the equivalent of 100,000 XP) are entitled to have a personal host with whom they will be interacting through Telegram.
Once reached this rank, a popup will appear and the player will be put in contact with a relevant customer service representative who will then explain what are the perks of being a VIP at Housebets.
The player who wants to receive a VIP White Gloves Treatment will need to provide their Telegram contact to the CSR and will be contacted within the next 24 by one of our VIP hosts.
