How to find your transaction hash?

Modified on Fri, 13 Jun at 7:59 AM

If your deposit hasn't been credited to your account, and you want to contact the Housebets support staff for assistance. Find your transaction hash first, since they will certainly request it.

You can find it in your wallet history (the external wallet from which you sent the funds).

You may open the transaction on several crypto tracker websites and discover the transaction hash if you just go to your transaction history and locate the transaction you sent to Housebets.

The transaction hash is a sequence of letters and digits that should be like this:

295dadfcf95a118b29e84ba054fa29d2ccac458e2814f4af8e4062ae4408972d

Alternatively, it can appear as a link from the crypto explorer:

If you have bought crypto from an external service and your transaction is marked as "Pending", please do not panic; it means that the service is processing your transaction, and the funds will soon be deposited into your Housebets wallet.
